Welcome to Zimska Bajka – where Belgrade comes alive with its most magical holiday story every winter

Over the years, Zimska Bajka has grown into one of the most significant winter and holiday festivals in the region, becoming an unmissable destination for gathering, joy and unforgettable winter memories in Belgrade. In the heart of Belgrade Waterfront, Sava Park transforms every December into a magical world of lights, music, flavors and experiences for all generations.

The scale and significance of Zimska Bajka are best reflected in its audience. The fourth edition of the festival welcomed more than 2.5 million visitors over 32 days, confirming its position as one of the most visited events in the region. With more than 200 different programs – from major concerts, DJ performances and open-air film screenings to children’s theater, creative workshops and educational activities – every day of the festival brought a new experience.

Zimska Bajka is much more than its program. It is a carefully designed holiday setting where spectacular scenery, light installations, an ice rink, diverse food and drink experiences, inviting gathering spots and thoughtfully curated activities come together to create a truly unique atmosphere. The previous edition sparkled with more than 200,000 holiday lights and over 40,000 m² of festive decorations, transforming Sava Park into one of the most recognizable landmarks of Belgrade’s holiday season.

The story of Zimska Bajka has long extended beyond the festival grounds themselves. The festival has achieved strong regional and digital visibility, with more than 500 media features and appearances across online and print media, television and radio, as well as a reach of millions across social media. Zimska Bajka has therefore become not only one of the favorite holiday destinations for Belgrade residents and visitors, but also one of the city’s most recognizable symbols of the festive season.

And this winter, the magic continues.

The fifth anniversary edition of Zimska Bajka will take place from December 4, 2026 to January 4, 2027. Over 32 days, we will count down to the New Year together and enjoy music, ice skating, festive flavors, programs for the youngest visitors and unforgettable moments – all in an atmosphere that, year after year, reminds us why Zimska Bajka has become one of Belgrade’s most beloved winter destinations.

The magic is here! See you at Sava Park, Belgrade Waterfront, from December 4, 2026, to January 4, 2027.
